jamie archer: consultant osteopath
Jamie Archer graduated with distinction in 2005 from the British School of Osteopathy, Europe’s most prestigious school of Osteopathy.
Whilst a student he completed the Post graduate Diploma in Classical Osteopathy in Maidstone, Kent where he then lived and worked before moving to Derbyshire to continue his clinical practice.
In 2011 Jamie completed the post graduate certificate in Applied Clinical Anatomy at Keele University and achieved accredited strength and conditioning coach status in 2020 with the UK Strength and conditioning association.
Jamie continues taught, lectured and demonstrated on all aspects of osteopathic clinical practice extensively throughout the world, with a particular interest in applied technique. This led him to co found The Applied Technique Hub, an online and in person education company that trains, mentors and supports osteopaths and other registered health care professionals to develop their clinical skills.
Jamie is the current year lead for 3rd and final year students at the College of Osteopaths as well as a senior clinic tutor. He is also an examiner for the final clinical competence assessment that osteopathic students must pass to become registered.
Due to his busy teaching and lecturing Jamie now sees a limited number of private patients.
